Question : what is special for you in Cuisine?

It's a big part of my life!

During all my activity in differents courntries I was in charge of cooking. But cooking is not just for eating. A lot of people are not interested about the taste, the savour and the aspect of what they are eating. Eating should absolutly be good and aspectuous!

My best experience is from Libanon. In Libano I understand the necessity to procure the guests the pleasure with a lunch or a dinner not just the necessity of the tummy !

I complete my interest in Romania and of course in France where there is a tradition and an exigence .... Most of the major Chief are french. I have not the pretention but I want to do good and people are satistfied when they pay in Bonjour Cuisine European.

That's why I create a menu with some specialties from Romania, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Quebec (Canada)!

So I am waiting for our formules : eat in Café, eat in Bistro, Pre-order, or reserve our Event Room or take away in The Bonjour Bistro Bakery !
