Manager La Mamite - Manila

In what context did you select your brands?

Most of the major European industrial brands are already present in the Philippines. They have the advantage of great homogeneity from one country to another, but are not always fully compatible with energy in the Philippines.

On the other hand, we don't want to generate a conflictual climate with other importers in the Philippines. Repeating what already exists is not useful.

Why choose the Lacanche and Charvet brands?

Lacanche is a prestigious brand that has been building stoves for over 200 years in France. It also represents the range for chefs who like to develop recipes at home, its qualities being very close to professional equipment. Lacanche is present in more than 35 countries now.

We particularly appreciate with these two brands the possibility of creating tailor-made equipment in accordance with the culinary needs of our customers and those of decorators.

We benefit from privileged relationships with these two factories.

Who are your clients?

There are many of them: expatriate families returning to the Philippines, some of them discovered Lacanche in the USA.

Chefs of course, but also lovers of good cuisine, architects because these products are totally indifferent to industrial products, designers who appreciate the customizable nature (controller colors, etc.).

How do you manage your inventory?

No stock! Each product is unique. 50,000 Lacanche combinations are possible, excluding special manufacturing. Charvet, which builds at the request of chefs, has more than 40,000 references in its catalog.

Everything is built on demand.

If you don't have a price list, how do you proceed?

As some of our clients are VIPs, ambassadors or celebrities, we have opted for a private showroom located in Manila.

Projects are often developed in the company of architects and designers.

At the same time, we provide technical assistance (calculation of electrical power, gas, extraction, etc…).

Our prices include installation and commissioning and we insist on training the cleaning staff.

Does your equipment meet Filipino standards?

Yes of course!. They are imported to gas standard 28mBar, 220v or 380 v 60hz.

We also recommend the working height at 90 cm

In the event of a problem, we have certified original spare parts in stock at Manila.
