THE CHEESE FONDUE

The real one?

In our family, we have always been fans of cheese fondue. However, we had never tasted a REAL Swiss cheese fondue that you will find on this week's video capsule (HERE). I admit that I usually bought the one that is sold prepared in a box or bag. I have already tried to make it myself with different combinations of Emmental, Gruyere and even Cheddar and it was better but not necessarily enough to justify the trouble. This week's recipe was therefore a re-ve-la-tion for our family!!! This recipe for real Swiss cheese fondue, fondue fribourgeoise, or moitie-moitié is, by far, the best we have ever eaten.
